Don’t do it.
To the citizen of the nation, I say:
If you can lend a hand, don’t do it.
If you can continue to pretend, don’t do it.
If you can comprehend, don’t do it.
If you have any empathy left, don’t do it.
If each vote of yours is for the dictator, don’t do it.
If that forward creates hate and kills our own brothers of the soil, don’t do it.
If you cannot put water on the fire, let it be, but if you want to add fuel to it, don’t do it.
To the person that does not want to continue, I say:
If you cannot love with abandonment, don’t do it.
If you want to give up, don’t do it.
If you cannot call that old friend, let it be, but if you want to forget her/him, don’t do it.
Let the memories stay till our hair turn grey; if you want to forget, don’t do it.
If you feel like falling down and giving up, don’t do it.
If the stars are falling down and the night is long; don’t do it.
If you feel you cannot go on; look me in the eyes; do not look away, I ain’t gone, I am here to stay and say,”I know you can hear my voice, cut off the noise, you know you have a choice: Don’t. Do. It.”
